I began my home inspection career in 2014 and that’s when Capital Inspections LLC was created. I was looking for a second income as I am employed as a firefighter for the city of Bismarck. Several years and over 1500 property inspections later Capital Inspections LLC has grown tremendously. I take pride in providing quality property inspections for the Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas. Working as a firefighter, I have learned first hand the importance of a safe and functional home. I received my home inspection training through American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT). I am licensed and insured in North Dakota. With having extensive building construction training through my career in the fire service, I am qualified to provide a thorough home inspection along with many home safety tips.

I was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota. I attended Bismarck State College where I got a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. After college I pursued a career in property management and rentals. I have 4 years experience of being co-owner and operator of 85+ rental properties in the Bismarck area. Property management gave me hands on experience in building construction, preventive maintenance inspections, and providing a safe and functional home for tenants. After the sale of many rental properties I decided to extend my studies and pursue my career in property inspections. I started my home inspection training and certification through American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT). During my training through AHIT I had the opportunity to shadow my business partner (Josh Eldridge) on 100+ inspections. I finished my AHIT education in April of 2022. I am licensed and insured in the state of North Dakota. As a full time home inspector I am educated and prepared to provide a thorough and quality home inspection.
